A Cybersecurity Awareness Session Was Held at Ajou University in Tashkent
On October 1, 2026, a preventive awareness session on cybersecurity and the prevention of cyber fraud was held for students residing in the university dormitory, with the participation of specialists in the field.
During the session, students received guidance on protecting themselves from malicious APK files distributed via Telegram, avoiding opening or installing unfamiliar files, and ensuring the security of their personal information and accounts.
Students were also given practical instructions on installing and using the “Apk Qo‘riqchi” application on Android devices.
At the end of the meeting, students were advised to remain vigilant when using the internet and messaging apps, avoid suspicious links and files, and take the necessary precautions to prevent cyber fraud.
