Kelajakka Qadam

Kelajakka Qadam is a state initiative in Uzbekistan, implemented in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PQ‑61 dated February 14, 2025. The program aims to support university graduates and young professionals by helping them find employment, develop professional skills, and implement their own projects. Participants receive consultations, mentorship, and access to educational seminars. The project provides preferential loans for starting and developing businesses. Support centers operate at universities across the country, offering practical assistance in employment and entrepreneurial development. Kelajakka Qadam collaborates with banks and employers to facilitate the launch of young people’s projects. The program contributes to the creation of new jobs and the development of the national economy. Each participant receives individual support and the opportunity to achieve their professional goals. The initiative’s goal is to help young people take a confident step into the future.
