On June 30 – July 1, 2026, the II Korea–Uzbekistan Energy Value Networks Forum was held in Tashkent, organized by Ajou University in Tashkent and the Energy Education and Training Center (EETC) in collaboration with KOWEPO and KOICA.
The forum was attended by more than 200 representatives of government agencies in Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea, leading energy sector companies, international organizations, investors, scientists, and experts.
The opening ceremony was attended by Won Do-yeon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan, representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, leaders of Korea Western Power (KOWEPO), KOICA, and leading Korean companies such as KainoX, Quantum Solution, SN, Nuri Flex, and AptN.
On the first day of the forum, plenary sessions were organized on modern technologies in the fields of energy, green economy, digital transformation, investment opportunities, and priority areas of cooperation.
