English communication lesson

On 1^st of February we started our academic year in our amazing university AUT ( Ajou university in Tashkent) . First week was full of fun and little bit difficult for us. Why difficult? Because we had some adaptation period. We learnt about university, subjects, professors, building and educational system.

It seemed not easy to study here. Nowadays we are learning 6 subjects such as calculus, physics, Korean, computer programming, English communication and circuit theory. One of my favorite lesson is English communication. Why I like it the most? Actually, I love English from my childhood. English is part of my life. Maybe that is why I like this subject more than others. Another reason is all lessons related to English. It means if we want to learn other subjects, first we should learn English well.

Our awesome teacher is Ms. Yulduz. She is very clever and she makes extraordinary activities for students. Last two weeks we made two presentations. Ms. Yulduz divided us five groups and we made presentation with team. To be honest, working with group it was so great for me. Actually, I am a person who like to work alone and make everything by myself. But in this time, it was different. I absolutely changed my point and now I prefer to work with team. There are some profits working with team. Firstly, if I haven’thad any idea for presentation my team would help me, secondly we can create team building games with them and finally it is so fun to work with team. We made two presentations. First one, we made billboard about “Friendship». We made big friendship tree and we wrote amazing quotes about friendship. Moreover, we discussed importance of friendship. And ending of the lessons we got good marks with my group.

Our second presentation was two days ago and we made it on the computer by using Power point program. It was also amazing. Second topic was about “Our goals”. This time also we worked with team we made amazing presentations with pictures and our goals. It was useful for all of us to know each groupmate closer. Because we do not know about them a lot that is why it was great information for us.
