Uzbek students took part in the referendum in Korea ahead of schedule
On April 19, a referendum on the new Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place in Suwon, South Korea. Students of Ajou University in Tashkent, who are studying at Ajou University on the basis of an exchange program, also took part in it. It should be noted that the early voting process was conducted on the basis of highly active and organized preparation and in accordance with the requirements of the Election Code of Uzbekistan.
Students who took part in the election met with university rector G. Muratov, who is on a business trip to the Republic of Korea, Z. Saidov, the responsible officer of our country's embassy in Seoul, and the essence of comprehensive reforms implemented in Uzbekistan was explained in detail.
During the event, the Daewoo Education Foundation presented certificates for the allocation of grants to seven Uzbek students studying at Ajou University in Korea from the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
