From the 2023-2024 academic year will be opened two new majors at AUT
On November 8, 2022, the rector of the University, G. Muratov, as a member of delegation of Uzbekistan held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Korea, Sang Yoon Jang. At the meeting, the important issues of further development of educational cooperation in the field of education were discussed.
On the same day, a meeting was held with the president of AU, Keeshoo Choi, and the issues of enhancing the activities of AUT were discussed.
Starting from the 2023-2024 academic year, an agreement was reached to open two new majors at AUT, as well as to train Uzbek teachers in Korea.
It was decided to speed up the second stage of reconstruction of the buildings of AUT, the supply of laboratory equipment, to develop a road map for further development of the university's activities.
The members of the delegation met with sixteen Uzbek youth studying at Ajou University, listened to their proposals, and explained in detail the nature of comprehensive reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan. During the meeting, the Daewoo Education Foundation presented three students of Ajou University in Tashkent with a grant certificate worth 3 million won to study in Korea for one semester.
